You are loved.

Ending your life might seem like the only way out. When everything just gets too much - overwhelming. And you might think that you simply cant deal with life: school, work, friendship, relationship, family.. Maybe its even hard to just leave your bed in the morning, because you have no motivation to do anything. 

And believe me, I know what it feels like when everyday is nothing but a battle which you think you can never win. But life works this way, its giving you battles in order to test you and it might appear cruel or unfair,  but it will only strengthen you. Even if you think you are the weakest person on this planet, you are not. You have a strengh inside of you, a will that is strong enough to overcome every obstacle.

I once read a quote, that really changed something in my way of thinking. I actually were given this quote during my stay in a psychiatry. You see, Ive been there, Im not just someone whos trying to tell you to get the fuck up. Im serious about what Im saying, and I really want to see you recovering. Because youre worth it. You think you arent? Well, everyones worth recovery. No matter what you did, how far youve gone. Yes, even if you did horrible things to yourself, you are not horrible. 

Back to my quote. Here it is: "Suicide does not end the pain. It only gives it to someone else." YES, its true. There are people who care about you. And it WOULD MATTER if you wouldnt be here anymore. Do you want to see your beloved ones in so much pain? In the same pain youre escaping from? You are not a burden to them. Even if coping with your current problems might be hard for them, they love you. They might say evil things every once in a while, but thats just because they feel helpless. They want nothing more than to see you be alright.

Ending it now, is an eternal solution. But pain is tempory. It will get better, I know you will shut your ears to these words and think " Not for me. Im too far gone." But youre not. Because if you touched hell, where could you go? Is there anything deeper or darker than the bottom? There are no risks in trying - It can ONLY can better, when you think youve lost it all.

Please remember, you are loved. Truly appreciated by someone. And even if you cant see it right now, you have something great inside of you which you only have to discover. And you will discover it eventually, if you only want to find it.
